		Proceedings of Academic Council Meeting held on 08/03/2016 at 2:00’o, clock in Principal office ● The principal assigned the duties to teaching and non-teaching staff for visiting team of naac on 13,14 and 15 March 2016. ● The head of each department convince the faculty for good dealing. ● Prospectus committee discussed about the prospectus for new session 2016-2017. ● Academic council also gave the guidelines to the teachers for internal assessment ● Academic council has instructed remedial classes for slow learners from 17.04.2016 to 28/04/2017
		Proceedings of Academic Council Meeting held on 30/07/2016 at 10:00 am in Principal office ● The Principal and admission committee discussed the admission rules for new admission. ● In meeting, the principal also discussed about seats reservation for new session and govt. norms for reservation. ● Academic council also discussed about the management seats for admission. ● The academic council also traces out the old session activities and organized new session events. ● Academic council discussed the academic calendar and assigned duty to Prof. Raminderpal Kaur to design the academic calendar. ● The principal announced the starting date for new classes from 01/08/2016.
2	2016-2017	Proceedings of Academic Council Meeting held on 07/09/2016 at 02:00’o, clock in Principal office ● Academic Council held meeting regarding new session classes. ● In this meeting, the principal and academic council ascribed the mentoring and mentee group. ● The principal also discussed the agenda of youth festival. ● Examination committee announced the internal examination dates 14/09/2016 to 17/09/2016. ● Examination committee proclaims to submit the question paper before 10/09/2016. ● The principal has given instructions to the teachers to guide the reserved category students for scholarship.

3	2017-2018	Proceedings of Academic Council Meeting held on 17/07/2017 at 10:00 am in Principal office The Principal establish the admission committees for new admission. ● The Principal discussed the reservation policy for SC/ST etc. ● In meeting, the academic council designed the activity and event plan for new session. ● Academic council discussed the academic calendar and annual report of college and assigned duty to Prof. Raminderpal Kaur to submit the report to Punjabi University, Patiala. ● Academic council released the college Magazine “Gobind Gorve” in this meeting.
		Proceedings of Academic Council Meeting held on 04/10/2017 at 02:00’o, clock in Principal office ● In this meeting, The Principal and academic council discussed the internal examination and external examination date. ● Examination committee announced the internal examination dates 12/10/2017 to 25/10/2017 for UG and 20/11/2017 to 25/11/2017 for PG. ● Examination committee proclaims to submit the question paper. ● The Principal also clarified about the documentation of scholarship. ● The Principal has instructed the staff to follow university rules for internal assessment, attendance and university examinations. ● The principal conveyed the teachers to complete the syllabus in university norms.

The principal advised the teachers to teach moral values to students during study.
4	2018-2019	Proceedings of Academic Council Meeting held on 10/07/2018 at 10:00 am in Principal office ● The Principal welcomed all teaching staff for entering in new session 2018-2019 ● The principal has displayed the new prospectus and new college Magazine. ● In meeting, the academic council discussed about the celebration of Teej festival for girls. ● The principal also assigned the duties for academic calendar and annual report. ● The principal established the committees for different works of college. ● The principal motivated the teachers for hard work.
		Proceedings of Academic Council Meeting held on 03/10/2018 at 10:00 am in Principal office ● The principal assigned the duties to teachers regarding NAAC. ● The principal has given stress on the regularity of each student for class attendance. ● All staff members tell the principal about the weaknesses and problems of college. ● The principal also assigned the duties to teachers for round in college in free period to motivate the students to attend the classes. ● The process of examination forms and allotment of roll numbers to be resolved as per the university guidelines. ● The principal also praise the “Swachh Bharat week” activity and declared it best practice of college.
